Jennifer Banta

Jennifer started her yoga practice slowly and as a complement to her other physical activities. After a move to San Diego she was introduced to Sol Yoga and knew she had found something that challenged her physically and calmed her mind. She started working at the front desk and made Sol her yoga home.

After graduating from the alignment-based 200-hour Vinyasa Teacher Training at Sol Yoga in November 2016 she immediately began teaching and expanded her training to include Yin Yoga. Jennifer is excited to share, help, and guide others as they discover what yoga can do for them personally.
