After taking her first yoga class at Sol Yoga in 2011, Judit became involved with the studio right away and began working at the front desk within days. She immediately connected with the yoga community and developed a transformational, daily practice. She finds her mat to be a source of balance and place of authentic discovery. The parallels between the challenges and successes that take place on the mat are astonishing reflections of the fears and thought patterns we experience in daily life.
Judit completed her 200-hour Vinyasa training through Sol Yoga in 2013. Approaching her teaching from a history of injury and tightness, she is especially sensitive to keeping students properly aligned in order to prevent injury and help develop the proper tools for mindful posture and movement on and off the mat. The qualities of patience, balance and surrender are emphasized in her class as she holds the space for students to remain open to their own experiences.
