Rachel Roberts

Rachel was first introduced to yoga during a trip to India where she worked with Tibetan Refugees in 2011. She was initially drawn to the practice of meditation and the years passed by without yoga becoming a part of her daily life. When she moved to California, she found a home away from home on her mat. Rachel connected with the way in which yoga empowered her and now in all areas of her life, her hope is give back and to empower others. Deciding to become a yoga instructor was a spontaneous decision for her but she has found immense joy in teaching. Seeing people discover that what they need in order to change their lives already exists within them is incredibly rewarding. Rachel completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with CorePower Yoga.

Outside of yoga, she works as a clinical social worker. She enjoys weekend backpacking trips with her husband and loves watching SEC football. Geaux Tigers!
