Samantha started yoga in the summer of 2015 as a means of exercise, to compliment running. She soon became hooked and since then, yoga has been a part of her daily life. It’s provided a community, helped her through challenging times, and has taught her how to slow down and just breathe.
In spring of 2017, Samantha completed her 200-hour teacher training, and to this day, it’s one of the best decisions she has made. Shortly after, she began teaching. Samantha provides a high-energy class while encouraging students to be playful in practice. She’s a huge believer of taking what one practice on their mat, off their mat and into life.
Outside of yoga, I have 3 wonderful dogs and a cat that I love. I stay very active and enjoy stand up paddle boarding and other various sports like volleyball.
