Whether you’re a student who has always wanted to learn more about the fundamentals of yoga or a teacher looking to refresh and deepen your knowledge, this program is for you. Immerse yourself in a month-long study of yoga, both on and off the mat. This comprehensive curriculum includes asana (yoga poses), philosophy, meditation, pranayama, basic anatomy, mantra, and more.

Using basic, foundational alignment principles, you will learn how to adapt each pose to enhance your experience and create ease in your physical body. Topics will also include intelligent use of props and how to cultivate a home practice.
We will study the 8 limbed path of yoga and how to apply these ancient practices to your modern life. Through the lens of a non-dual perspective, we’ll discuss the four main types of yoga and the history of asana as we know it today.
Open your mind to the world of subtle energy. We will explore doshas, chakras, nadis, pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation. You will learn how to cater your practice to your own specific needs.
