  • Astavakrasana
  • Tittibhasana
  • Eka Pada
  • Koundiyanasana I and II
  • Maybe a few fun tricks from there …

About the Class

Katie had been practicing yoga steadily for about 5 years, always looking around at everyone getting up onto their arms when she finally nailed her first arm balance after many many failed attempts: Bakasana. It was another 2 years before she figured out side crow, and the rest quickly followed because she realized it was just fun with physics and simple balance in motion. Are you ready to turn your body into a lean mean physics machine? Come play!
