When yoga poses are executed with your body’s natural biomechanical alignment, you create physical ease and experience comfort. When those same poses are performed in a MIS-aligned way, you can enhance sensations of discomfort in your body. With enough repetition this will eventually lead to injury. In this way, HOW you do yoga is even more important that just doing yoga.

Join Alyssa Runyan, E-RYT 200, as she teaches you simple, effective alignment principles to enhance every single pose – from child’s pose to inversions and everything in between. You will learn how to practice yoga in a safe, effective way. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, Alyssa will teach you what you need to get the most out of your asana practice.
