When: Saturday February 11th from 1:30 – 3:30 pm
Discover healthy and safe techniques and learn anatomical awareness to uncover the mystery behind deepening and feeling good in your back bends. We will discuss how and why physical and energetic shifts take place in the body as well as explore our own practices. Beginning and ending with pranayama and meditation, breath work will be the foundation of this practice as well as intention and meditation before moving into our heart opening sequence and deeper back bending postures.
Lauren Autenrieth, RYT is certified in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. She has a passion for spreading love and building community through the practice of yoga both in the classroom and off of the mat. Lauren’s classes range from fluid and dynamic vinyasa flow to a gentle and healing Hatha practice.
