This 2 hour workshop will include a warm up for the wrists and body
as well as proper alignment cueing and hands on adjustments.
Learn specific, yet simple, prep exercises that will target your muscles to
support growth and stability in your arm balances and inversions.
We will be working on handstands, chinstands and variations of the
classic arm balances like half titibasana/bakasana,
and half bakasana, half kukutasana as well as
learning transitions between arm balances.
