It’s all about balance! Reset and Reboot your body with a mindful yoga practice, and lessons & tips on how to properly balance your nutrition. From arm balances and core strengthening postures to the appropriate macronutrient rations and supplement recommendations, you will learn how to holistically reboot your entire body to be set for success in 2017.
When we try to restore our health with nutrition and other natural therapies, we are working with the body’s biochemistry. The most basic, and sometimes the most effective therapy is your diet. Many people don’t make the connection between their day-to-day habits and the symptoms they suffer. This workshop will help provide you with a clean start, fresh new approach, and some basic rules to help you get the most out of your diet.
When you feel great and have lots of energy from fueling your body with the appropriate foods, while practicing clean and balanced eating, you are not only able to maximize your yoga practice, but you can live your yoga by truly investing in the best version of yourself, day in and day out.
Join Allie Hobson, The personal exploration and growth that she experiences from yoga is something of an organic gift, with a new way of living and positive view of the world.
