Most times when we enter a yoga room we see a stack of blocks, and bucket of straps somewhere off in a corner. How are these things used? When is the most beneficial time in the practice for a prop? Is using a prop considered cheating?
We will answer these questions and more before enjoying a prop friendly flow. Blocks, straps, walls, and even parts of our bodies can be powerful tools in creating a deeper yoga practice. Incorporating yoga props will give you the opportunity to access greater mobility, strength, and freedom across all types of poses.
