Explore a deeper understanding of how our movements and nervous system work together to bring harmony within our physical and energetic bodies. Learn the foundations of a balanced practice and the benefits of incorporating both Yin and Yang into your daily routine. This workshop will include a 45 minute Yin/Yang practice and lecture on energetics, asana, the history and philosophy behind each and a take home sequence you can incorporate into your personal practice.
