Join Jessica for this grounding workshop. We will explore various types of poses – standing, twists, arm balances, and inversions – and discuss how establishing a solid foundation allows for better alignment and more lightness in a pose.
This will be partially a vinyasa flow with pauses sprinkled in during which we will dive deeper into the specifics of certain poses. Be ready for plenty of detoxifying twists to wring out the remains of the holidays!
