Yoga Fundamentals workshop

When: Saturday, Aug 20th from 1:30 – 3:30 pm

In this workshop, Jessica will break down specific asana (poses) and discuss alignment principles as she leads the class though a vinyasa practice. She will weave the basics of yoga philosophy into the practice.
We will wrap up with a guided meditation followed by suggestions on how to incorporate what you’ve learned into your practice and your life.
Past Event

This workshop will include:

  • a review of the anatomy of the “core” (abdominal and back muscles)
  • lecture and discussion on core stabilization techniques
  • asana (movement) practice integrating the key principles of the workshop lecture.
