Expand Your Yoga Practice with Vicente Rodriguez and Isabelle Guimont
Both Yoga and Martial Arts provide spiritual and experiential paths in the process of self-development, as well as benefits to your overall well-being.
While Yoga is in general a personal practice striving to achieve a state of inner peace, serenity and awareness, Martial Arts provide you the opportunity to extend that state when interacting with your environment and others.
We invite you to dive in with your full intention (energy), attention (mind) and attitude (heart). Give yourself fully to this time so this time can give fully to you. Simply stay present!
Safety first! We have selected techniques that should be accessible to most, however, please listen to your body. All partner work will be conducted in a safe manner without hard contact.

About the Instructors:
Vicente Rodriguez is a certified Menkyo Sensei (Classical Instructor) with a 4th degree black belt (Yondan) in Aoinagi-Ha Shito Ryu. He currently teaches karate at UCSD and the Salk Institute.
Isabelle Guimont is a 2nd degree back belt (Nidan) in Aoinagi-Ha Shito Ryu Karate. She is currently an assistant karate instructor at the Salk Institute.
