This is an 8 week course dedicated to help yogis take flight!
Arm Balances and Inversions can be empowering postures that not only teach us about our inner strength but also about our innate playfulness and courage. Each week we will explore the mechanics and learn the proper alignment and technique for various poses. This course will not be structured as a typical yoga class. We will stretch out as a group followed by some conditioning to help engage the specific muscles needed for the poses offered that week. After we are all warm we will go over each pose in depth with visual demonstrations — each week you’ll receive handouts you can take home for further study.

Flight School meets every Saturday at 12:30 sharp.
