In this workshop Marissa Nicole Hentschel will break down the proper technique, alignment and mechanics for going upside down and arm balancing.
We will start off with a brief vinyasa flow, warm up and core work. We will use the props and walls as tools. Learn how to approach arm balances and inversions in a playful but safe way. All levels welcome. Come ready to laugh, play and work hard!
