Join Paisley Close, RYT-500, for a weekend dedicated to two of the deeper teachings of yoga.

Prana means life force, or energy.  Pranayama is the practice of performing specific breathing exercises to harness the power of your breath and focus your energy.  Go beyond ujjayi and learn different techniques that will increase vitality, optimize nervous system function, create healthier sleep/wake cycles and more.

Meditation is the practice of quieting the mind.  There are as many different ways to meditate as there are styles of yoga. You will be exposed to multiple techniques so that you will find one that works for you.  Through the act of turning inward, you gain the ability to live fully in the present, release habitual thought patters, and experience deep peace in your daily life.
