Spring Awakening: Mindfulness & Movement

When: Saturday May 26th ~ from 1:30 – 3:30 pm
Join Daniela Kent, E-RYT 500 and for a 2 hour restorative practice that will get you refreshed and revitalized just in time for summer. In this workshop you will explore the rejuvenating effects of Restorative yoga, Thai massage, Reiki, and aromatherapy as well as learn breath and meditation techniques designed to bring mental clarity and emotional stability. Step into summer energized and feeling your best!
