Spring Awakening: Mindfulness & Movement

When: Saturday April 28th ~ from 1:30 – 3:30 pm
We humans are just like little gardens, throughout the year we transition through phases just like the cycles found in nature. We need to be watered, weeded and occasionally sang to. Spring is our opportunity to do some inner yardwork; clearing out muck and stagnant energy so we can plant the seeds of renewal and rebirth in order to to witness our growth.

In this workshop we will practice movements that aid us in that inner cleansing. We will journal & discuss ways we can support ourselves in the Spring through Ayurveda (food & lifestyle) and mindfulness practices like meditation & mantra. Open to all levels.
