Join yoga teacher Dana Mitchell for a one-of-a-kind SUP yoga experience! This 90 minute class will be held on the water at beautiful Mission Bay. Everything you need is included:
– SUP board, paddle, and anchor
– paddle lesson; master the basics
– full all-levels yoga class
Spaces are limited – so sign up early. You must register at least 24 hours in advance!

Once you’re signed up, here’s what you need to know:
We will meet at the parking lot at 4000 Fanuel Street. Class starts PROMPTLY at 9 am. Parking is free, but get there at least 15 minutes early to have ample time to get a space. Wear beach clothes that you can do yoga in. Lather on the sunscreen, and don’t forget the hat and sunglasses!
